Training • The interpreter vouches to having at least University or equivalent education and/or an interpreters’ diplôma • Carries out regular continuous updating improvement training Professional Working Experience • The interpreter has a proven professional working experience of at least 5 years as an interpreter ■■■ E Q U I P M E N T STUDIO GENTILE SARL is able to provide, in partnership with reliable suppliers, all of the equipment necessary for conference interpreting assignments (booths, lecterns, headphones etc.) ■■■ P R E P A R I N G F O R T H E A S S I G N M E N T • The client agrees to provide all necessary documentation in good time to enable the interpreter to make best preparations • The interpreter, having read all of the details will ask all questions necessary in order to make best preparations for the assignment Managing the Interpreting on the day • As far as possible, the Project Manager will be present on the day of the assignment to ensure the presence of the interpreters and, in the context of simultaneous interpreting, will make sure that the equipment is working and that a technician is present.
